The President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, Vladislav Tretiak believes that the World Hockey Forum, scheduled to take place in Moscow on the 16th and 17th of December, will become a significant event not only among the professional ice hockey community but for everyone who is involved in the development of ice hockey in general.
